Lettie Van Pel

There is not a lot of historical information about Lettie Van Pelt. She was born in 1766, married George Detlor around 1800 and had two children - George and Elsy Ann. There is some information that suggests she came from a Dutch family on Staten Island.

The family moved from New York to Addington County, Ontario.  She died in 1858 at the age of 92.
